SHOT 1.0 released

SHOT 1.0 is available on GitHub. Binaries are available for Windows, and on Linux and macOS SHOT can be compiled with the compilation instructions.

SHOT is also available in GAMS 31.1. A trial version can be downloaded from GAMS.

As of version 1.0, SHOT can also solve nonconvex MINLP problems as a heuristic, with valid bounds on the objective value. Some nonconvex problem types are solved to global optimality through automatic reformulations.
