    SHOT 2.0 released 2.0

    SHOT 2.0 adds a Python interface, HiGHS as MIP subsolver and extended callbacks. Install it with pip install SHOTpy.

    The paper on SHOT's polyhedral approximation strategies for nonconvex MINLP is published in the Journal of Global Optimization, with benchmarks on nonconvex MINLP and MIQCQP.

    Submit problems in GAMS format to SHOT on the NEOS Server, without installing anything.

    With GAMS installed, SHOT can be called from Pyomo and JuMP through the GAMS interfaces.
